Healthy Spring Rolls


Healthy Spring Rolls

Ingredients:
  • Rice Paper
  • Basil Leaves
  • Carrots (cut into sticks)
  • Cucumber (cut into sticks)
  • Protein ( I suggest crab or tofu)
  • Shredded Lettuce
  • Avocado


Prepare all of your ingredients.

Soak your rice paper wrappers in warm water and put on a plate sprayed with cooking spray. This will prevent sticking. Add small amounts of your ingredients and roll like a burrito.


 As you wrap each one, sit them on another plate coated with oil. They will stick if you don't.


Slice in half and serve. 


I serve mine with a quick dipping sauce and a little grated ginger, soy sauce and water.
